Nope, the secret low-gravity level is for-real. It's been too many days
since I've played that level to give complete details, but the entrance to
the level is underwater on the level with the gold key on the little bit of
land surrounded by water (m4?). I forget where the switch to open the
entrance is, but when you find it you'll get the message "A secret entrance
has opened somewhere".
I'm still working on the low-gravity level. It's rather tough...
