signed a letter of intent with Outer Edge of Toronto, Ontario to

develop the world's first Virtual Reality (VR) game controller

utilizing Datotech's patented Gesture Interface Control System (tm) .

This new game controller can be smaller, lighter and have a

greater range of functionality than those controllers using buttons or

keys.

Outer Edge is a leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing

of fully immersive 3D Virtual Reality hardware and software. In
