Qstat 1.4 has been released.
New features include support for Linux 2.0, flags to set retry timeout
and interval, and a flag to limit output to running or not full
servers.
I fixed a bug that caused qstat to have a long delay the first time it
was run on Windows 95/NT.
Tested on Solaris 2.4, Solaris 2.5, Irix 5.3, Linux 2.0, Windows 95,
and NT.
You can get the package via the qstat web page at
http://www.activesw.com/people/steve/qstat.html
or via ftp from
ftp.activesw.com:/pub/quake
Qstat 2.0 will be able to run as a server status proxy. Put the
proxy on your machine or local net and it will give you a server
list within Quake (via slist).
After the proxy work I'll try doing a meta-server.
(Oh, and the Quake shareware network protocol includes support
for more status information such as players and frags. Qstat will
display this info once id releases the protocol documentation.)

Keep an open mind, but don't let it fill with crap.
