I have thrown together an experimental CGI which is supposed to work as a


directory of existing Quake server lists on the InterNet. (This isn't a


new Quake server list service, just a directory of current ones.)



When you bring up the URL, it will give you several lists of Quake servers


generated by existing Quake server lists out there. Currently, Stomped and


Deicide's lists are listed in the CGI, both used with permission. The page


also reloads every five minutes, if you're using a browser which supports


refreshing (like Navigator.)



The goal behind this was to create one page which mirrors many server


lists, instead of having to go to several server lists in order to find a


specific Quake server. So, convenience was what I had in mind. You decide.
