Keywords: Quake Clans mailing list

A new mailing list has been created a few days ago for exchanging infos

about the Quake Clans and Quake team warfare. If you are a member of a

clan or you want to discuss the organization of the clans and the scoring

system (Ladder, League, challenges, etc.), you are welcome to subscribe.

If you want to get some information about the list before subscribing,

send the message "info" to: quake-clans-request@gamers.org. If you want

to subscribe directly, send the message "subscribe" to the same address.

In any case, read the charter of the list carefully, and keep it for

future reference.

Currently, the members of the list are Quake Clan Leaders and other people

who have been contacted directly. Now, the mailing list is becoming

public, so that anybody who has some ideas can also contribute. Note that

the mailing list is not for discussing the game in general: this is only

for organizing the Clans and the scoring system. The members of the list

want it to be productive, so the people who post too much "noise" and

violate the charter of the list could be kicked out. This is necessary in

order to keep it sane.
