Greetings all!

I'm working to get a group of Quake players together in Rhode Island

to play Deathmatch/Coop matches on a LAN.

Basically the plan is that I would provide the location and 2

computers (one as a dedicated server, the other my own playing

station. Other people would then bring their own PC to connect to this

configuration so we could play LAN quake (NO LLLAAAAGGGG!!!). You

would be be responsible for bringing your PC equipped with a LAN card

(cheap ones are available for $45 or less).

Any interested parties should email me at jloven@dfma.com for further

details.

I'd also consider other games such as Duke3D etc if the demand was

sufficient.
