I've written a little Perl wrapper for Steve Jankowsi's excellent
qstat program. My program, qsmon.cgi, allows you to specify one or more
Quake servers via editing the program itself, listing the servers in a
hyperlink reference to qsmon.cgi, or letting qsmon give you a form to
fill-in with the Quake server(s). Once qsmon.cgi has a Quake server
address(es), it lets qstat query the server and return the stats which
qsmon.cgi then formats into a nice-looking web page. To give it a try,
go here:
To get the Perl source, go here:
Of course, you'll also need qstat 1.5. get it here:
I've only run qsmon.cgi under unix, but it should work under other OSs that
support Perl (i.e. NT).
Enjoy!
