Hello everyone,

I haven't seen this announced here so I guess it's my job.

The oft-delayed PlanetQuake is now officially open! Give it a peek at

www.planetquake.com. A lot of interesting projects are in the works.

PlanetQuake currently has roughly 10 servers with high-speed Internet

connections in the Southern California area ... open 24 hours a day,

running the latest modifications. Direct dial-in accounts are available.

On the web, PlanetQuake.com is the host to QuakeX and Ironman's list

server, as well as a good deal of content on its own. They are offering

to allow users to host their own Quake Clanpage on the site--you'll even

get your own email address @PlanetQuake.com! A lot of exciting things are

going on.

PlanetQuake is also hosting my newspages. There you'll find a daily

news section as well as weekly features. See who's the clan of the week

in Fargo's Freakshow, learn some game tips in Fargo's Facts, and get a

weekly dose of Quake Humor in the Fargo Funnies. Hey, sometimes you gotta

stop smackin' chumps with a battleaxe and take a chucklebreak, I know how

it is.

PlanetQuake is frames-only and it's pretty graphically heavy--lots of

great animations and javascripts. However, if you have a non-frames

browser or a slow connection, you might want to skip directly to my

newspage: www.planetquake.com/Fargo. It's frames-free and lighter on the

graphics--I hope to keep it browser friendly like that. Hope to see you
