Hi all,

The Unofficial Quake Screen Saver for Windows 95 Beta!

Download it and Quakize your desktop! I've downloaded all the other

Quake screen savers and they all suck (my opinion is a bit biased, of

course) so I wrote my own. Check it out! It features a view of the

entrance to Quake from an oblique corner perspective. The view is

fully rendered as it would look in the game with flickering torches,

lightning, damned souls squirming helplessly on the walls, and you can

catch a glimpse of an occasional Quake gamer as he teleports in and

runs past on his way to wreak mayhem in the abyss. All the graphics

and sounds from the game come faithfully to life on your screen.

Includes password protection and the ability to selectively turn sound

effects off and adjust the volume.

This is a Beta version and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
