My version of Namefun - a Win32 app (95 and NT only) that allows you to
create your name using all the high-ASCII characters, with added support
for clan prefixes. Loads and saves from either Quake config files (with the
_cl_name property set) or imports from and exports to specific positions in
raw text files.
Works with normal Quake, but unfortunately seems to be more or less
redundant with QuakeWorld which does not appear to support extended console
characters. I know it's possible - I've seen it done - but I can't figure
out how, so if someone can do it, let me know and I'll build QuakeWorld
support in to a future version. Currently, you can export as a text file to
do it in QuakeWorld scripts.

It needs VB40032.DLL which is fairly large, and many people have it already
(located in the Windows system directory), but if you haven't it's
available from Microsoft's web site, or from:

I wrote this some time ago and never got round to releasing it properly,
but here it is now :)
Happy New Year,
Alex.
