There IS another Quake channel!

Ever since EFNet was split into two nets - EFNet (the big one) and

IRCNet (the smaller one) - there has been an alternative channel on

IRCNet.

You could try IRCNet #Quake. It's a smaller channel, so there's more of

a chance that people will hear you. EFNet and Undernet #Quake are often

very crowded and it's hard to really getting to know people.

IRCNet #quake is a chan where people can talk. It's a calm chan and

there are a lot of nice people there.
