Okay it's come to my attention that there are a lot more non-frame

browsers in use still than I had thought. So in trying to keep

everyone happy I've made the website either frames or noframes. You

have the choice upon accessing the site. Once you know which way you

want to go just setup that particular bookmark. I hope this eliminates

any problems you may have been having with the site. Please let me

know if there are any screwy links also. Sometimes it happens when

trying to do both. Anyway I'm working on it.
