Network Gaming Party and Quake Tournament

Date: March 22nd, 1997

Time: 9am-8pm (Tournament starts at 1200)

Place: Owen Brown Community Center, Columbia, Md

Cost: $10 if you bring computer

$5 without computer

Some Network Interface Cards available on first come first

served basis. Support for BNC and Twisted Pair cards.

Cost includes access to a high speed computer gaming network, Software

Door prizes including several copies of Diablo, Corel WordPerfect Suite

7, Internet software, and several other gaming titles. Snacks and soda

will be served.

Cost also includes entry into a Quake Tournament with a Sony Playstation as

first prize! Starts at noon! Will be using Deathmatch levels from the

registered version of Quake. Single Elimination. Matches will be timed at 10

minutes, high score wins. Sudden Death for tiebreak.

Prizes provided by Electronics Boutique and Corel. Thanks!

Directions: The community center is located at 6800 Craddlerock Way in

Columbia Maryland. Thh phone number is 410.381.0202. The center will be

on your right hand side. Parking is available.

Rt 29 (N or S) to Rt 32 East - Exit Broken Land Parkway North - Make right

turn at 2nd Craddlerock (4 Lights).

Rt 95 (N or S) to Rt 32 West - Exit Broken Land Parkway North - Make

right turn at 2nd Craddlerock (3 Lights).

Craddlerock loops around and intersects Broken Land twice. Make sure not

to turn at the first Craddlerock!
