one of the biggest problems with playing Quake (or any game) over the

internet is that modem manufacturers only concentrate on the modem's

bandwidth, and don't care about it's latency/lag.

I'm working on a web page that will rank as many modems as possible by

which has the lowest lag. Please help the cause by emailing me the info

on your modem.
