Quake Pack Cabinet version 0.1 BETA (38K)

This is the first public release of my Pack Cabinet Quake pack

file viewing utility. It follows the trend of most existing

Win95 pack file viewing utilities - it has an 'explorer' like

interface. The primary difference is that it displays files

in the 'my computer' style icon view, rather than the tree.
