Somebody (actually the author of castles.bsp) e-mailed me over the

weekend saying something like this:

" Thanks for reviewing my level. Your site is great. You should post it

on the newsgroups. "

While that wasn't exactly it, it was words to that effect. So I'm here

to say that some people think my site is great! (And to attract traffic,

of course!) The Cavern, part of my larger site "The Death Knight's

Realm", has Quake news (updated twice a day), reviews (of editors,

levels, and Quake-C patches), a Quake-C section, cheats, hints, and

secrets. While many Quake sites have this, I believe (and so do many

people who signed my guestbook or sent me e-mail) my site presents these

features in better fashion than many sites out there. While not that

many people have visited, I'm still getting 3-5 visits a day (according

to LinkExchange).

Sites like Planet Quake, which host many sites AND have their own

features, are always going to be better than my site. But I want to be

one of the best sites for reviews, news, and hints. This doesn't mean I

want to be like Blues News, updating 4+ times a day, but I do want to

post any interesting or important news. The level review section is one

I want to see blossom and become a heavily-trafficed (sp) area. You can

vote for your favorite BSP (such as castles.bsp) on the level review

page. Then, at the end of the week, I will review whichever level got

the most votes. The deadline for voting this week is Friday, July 25,

1997 (and yes, you can vote on Friday).

I'm not really sure how to put it. Many people think my site is great,

but (as the author of castles.bsp said in his e-mail) many people don't

know it exists. Come on over to
