Although Quake 2 is coming out for Christmas we must remember the first

Quake trend! Do you remember when you used to sit at the computer and first

started up your shareware version of Quake and then slowly decided after

completing the levels in about two-three hours that this is the game for

you!!

Next came the patches with the could old cave man skins and (he he he......

the cheats!!!) the impulses which could help you through the game. (Not

that you really Need them)

Then the Quake World Mania which I hope will be going on for years still to

come. Here you would sit at the computer trying to work out which pink is

the fastest and then when you actually connect you have to download the

level, and then it takes 2 sec to fire a shot!!!

We must not forget the Mission Packs and editors to make this the most

enjoyable game of all time.

So to all of you thinking of buying Quake 2.......think to yourself..."Have

I been here before?" There is nothing else to do!! The first Quake must not

be forgotten!!
