Several CD ROM publishers have popped up again, raising questions

about copyrights, release agreements, giving permission to publishers

for the inclusion of levels, getting ripped off, and so on. The

answers are not always obvious.

I've put up a page at http://www.blarg.net/~gyro/cdroms.htm that

describes how I have been responding to CD ROM publishers and what

my reasoning has been. Currently, it's not much more than my own

babbling, although I have tried to make it as reflective of

opinions and information from the people that I have been able to

talk to and that have given me feedback as possible. If you are a

level author and have been contacted by a CD publisher, please

check it out. Feedback and more information is needed to clear up

some unanswered questions about this stuff. Thanks!
