(Apologies is this has ended up in any newsgroups that

it shouldn't)

I know that there are a lot of 'server list' sites around

for Quake2, but being an Aussie, I have been having difficulty

finding a server with a decent enough ping to play on.

To that end, I have hacked together a Quake2 server list

to list Aussie servers. It may be expanded in future to

give an indication of ping times to servers across the

ocean, but for the moment it lists only servers operating

in Australia. It could _really_ use some additions, since

there are only two listed with it at the moment, and I

know of no others operating over here.

So without further ado:

And we're also running a quake2 server at:

quake.mondial.net.au

With "improved" death messages by yours truly.

Enjoy!
