Shorten (.shn) Codec Binaries

Shorten / shn audio codec binaries, to convert INTO .shn type this in cmd:
shorten -r (target sample rate*) filename.wav



*Specify the sample rate in Hz, for ex. : 48000 for 48kHz, 44100 for 44.1kHz, etc.
