NMRPFlash Utility for NetGear

nmrpflash uses Netgear's NMRP protocol to flash a new firmware image to a compatible device. It has been successfully tested with various models.

I've used it on NetGear WNDR3400v2 and you have the *.chk file with original firmware for it in here as well as the batch script (start.bat) I've used to flash this firmware on it.
